1) Self Introspection: In today's fast life, with the hustle-bustle of our busy schedules, we have lost our me-time. We don't give enough time to ourselves to think whether what we are doing is right, Should we be doing this, what can be another option to do things differently etc. We can have some time to ourselves when we are able to focus on our life, our aims. What we would want to achieve and how. How we can give back to our society and many more issues which we may not let our minds even think for a minute as there are a hundred and one other priorities and that time. So meditate, think and have a new perspective.
2) Revisiting your Goals: Once you look inside, do your self Introspection, you are sure to have some changes in your goals. A new thought in your mind will lead to a new goal. So if you have put down your goals in your goal book, time to revisit and make some changes which can change a lot of things, maybe your short term or long term goals. So time to put down your goals, make them SMART goals which are achievable.
3) Wardrobe Management: Wardrobe Cleaning is always pushed off due to no-time and patience. This is the time to go through your wardrobe, put aside to give away what doesn't fit you, what's not your style. Put all the clothes before you and think of the different ways you can style your outfits. You are sure to think of some stylish ways of wearing the clothes you already own.
4) Quality time with your Family: Right now, with kids at home, parents at home, make the most of this situation. Give your kids the time they always wanted from you. Think and understand ways you can connect more to your children. Make this time, a fun-filled time that the child forgets all the negativity and thinks and remembers this as the best time they had with their parents. Do some exciting activities together like playing board games, cooking some meals together which otherwise you never have the time to do so.
5) Eat local: Go back to your roots. Eat some simple, homemade local foods. Cook and eat some simple meals our ancestors ate that will boost your energy levels, boost your immunity. Something different from Swiggying in your food. Something easy to cook, easy to digest and ultimately healthy.
